Educational Qualification: As per CFTRI official notification candidate should have completed Diploma, B.Sc from any of the recognized boards or Universities.
- Technical Assistant (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Technical Assistant (CS): Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Technology/ Information Technology, B.Sc in Computer Science
- Technical Assistant (Electronics): Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Electronics Engineering
- Technical Assistant (Food Science & Technology): B.Sc in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food Science & Nutrition
- Technical Assistant (Microbiology): B.Sc in Microbiology
